Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns 

.items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order 

.items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged  and have all original tags/labels still attached 

.this policy applies only to items bought directly through our website 

.we do not accept returns on sale items unless they arrived faulty or incorrect

 

How to return an item  

1. Email us first at murry010@icloud.com with your order number, your name, and the reason for return 
2. we will reply within 2 working days with simple instructions on where to send your item 
3. you will be responsible for paying your own return postage costs, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

 

Refunds

.once we receive and check your returned item, we will email you to confirm your refund has been approved 

.Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days 

.if your return is approved and the fault was ours, we will also refund your original delivery cost 

 

Faulty or incorrect items

if your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered:

contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue 

.we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges
